Test Sessions

Babson Skating Club runs Freestyle and Moves in the Field Test Sessions several times during the season. This season's sessions are scheduled for:

Mail Applications with checks payable to "Babson Skating Club" to Melinda Harrison, Test Chair, 10 days before the actual test date, at 362 Cartwright Road, Wellesley, MA 02482. For more information, email Melinda Harrison at mxharrison@comcast.net or Kim Lombard at lombard 5432@comcast.net. Several days before the actual test date the test times are posted. Please remember that each skater should be at the rink and ready to skate one (1) hour before the posted test time to be ready for the warm up session and because judges often move tests along quickly in advance of the posted schedule!! Please review the Test Candidate Checklist before testing.

Additionally, Dance Test Sessions are scheduled as needed. The next dance test is scheduled for:

Dance test sessions are early morning sessions starting at 7:30am and running until 10:30am. Practice ice may be purchased before the test begins. Applications with checks payable to "Babson Skating Center" should be sent to Dance Test Chair, 1 week before the actual test date. The mailing address is Babson Skating Center, 150 Great Plain Avenue, Wellesley, MA 02482.

Nonmember skaters are welcome on all test sessions on a first come, first serve basis after members of Babson Skating Club. Please remember that your application must be signed by an official of your home club certifying that you are a member in good standing in order to test!
